Shops and restaurants in Orlando often have  booklets of discount coupons available for free so it's well worth looking out for them.

The Sunday edition of TheOrlandoSentinel is widely available and usually contains useful discount coupons. The online version linked to here also has an interesting 'Frugal Force' blog.

The orlandomagicard is free to sign up to, can be printed off at home and offers a wide range of discounts including access to a coupon book within each of the major local malls.

The Entertainment Book has discounts for a wide range of goods and services. Area specific books are available for most parts of The US, including Orlando. It costs around $35  and runs annually until November each year.Towards the end of its life the book is usually available very heavily discounted.

If I remember correctly it isn't straightforward to get a copy from the Entertainment  site delivered to The UK although it can be done via a bookshop that delivers internationally such as barnesandnoble.com . The book is heavy but UK postage starts at around $13.Delivery to The Us is free over $25.

As of September 6th  2009 Barnes and Noble have a   pre-order for October 1st price on this of $23.62.

A more ecological and economousical choice may be the online sign up option, which offers similar deals to print at home, usually including a free trial period. Be aware that printouts are limited and usually have to be used in around two weeks.Joining this scheme is probably best done a relatively short time before your trip.

On both sides of the Atlantic there are now a proliferation of 'cash back' sites , basically if you direct your online shopping through them, the online 'shop'  rewards them, so they will reward you. Cashback of up to 10% is not uncommon . This can be extremely useful when purchasing expensive flights or accommodation.

One of the most popular UK sites is quidco . It's well worth joining up. Both UK and US visitors are eligible to join ebates . Although obviously cashback is only available to the UK if customers  are planning to take delivery in th US or if the store is willing to deliver internationally. US visitors may prefer fatwallet .Both sites offer cashback  at thedisneystore  and on heavily discounted restaurant gift cards at restaurant.com (see the restaurant discounts page for more information). Another alternative in the US may be sunshinerewards which rewards not only purchases but also taking surveys etc.
